2026 Events & Offerings

Begin Here

There is no hierarchy here — only readiness. You are invited to choose the path that feels right for you.

This work is grounded in yoga and Vedic wisdom, with Vedic Meditation at its heart. Some people arrive already established in meditation, others are curious to learn, and many come through yoga seeking a deeper understanding of practice and Self.

Wherever you are beginning, the work meets you there. Yoga is taught as a complete path through the eight limbs (Aṣṭāṅga), meditation is offered as a simple and natural practice, and over time these strands naturally converge into a lived understanding of self, clarity, and integration.

There is no single entry point and no rush. You are invited to begin where there is the clearest sense of resonance.

Ancient wisdom for modern life

“Without Yoga, Vedanta is incomplete. Without Vedanta, Yoga is unfulfilled. Yoga is a stepping stone to Vedanta.”
— Maharishi Mahesh Yogi

This page outlines the ways you can practise, study, and gather throughout the year — through daily practise, weekly rhythm, seasonal intensives, immersive retreats, and community-based offerings. Each pathway is designed to support you to Become YOU.

Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless technique that uses a personal mantra—a specific sound vibration—as the anchor for meditation. Rooted in the ancient Vedic tradition of India and passed down orally for thousands of years, this lineage-based practice was brought to prominence in the West in the 1970s by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and is widely known today through its popular form, Transcendental Meditation (TM).

Weekly Yoga & Meditation

A steady rhythm of weekly practice supporting continuity, integration, and lived wisdom.

Weekly practice forms the foundation of this work. These offerings provide ongoing spiritual nourishment, supporting steadiness, clarity, and integration over time — and gently informing your own daily spiritual practice (sādhana).

Rather than doing more, the invitation here is to practise well and regularly — with attention, depth, and consistency — allowing the practice to quietly shape daily life. A steady practice over time creates a steady mind.

Workshops

Time-bound learning spaces for focused enquiry and embodied understanding.

Workshops offer a structured container for enquiry, learning, and shared exploration. They are ideal for those seeking practical tools, clear language, and guided support around specific themes — such as anxiety, self-regulation, and conscious living.

Each workshop integrates yogic philosophy, psychological insight, and experiential practice.

Rounding Intensives

Extended meditation practices offered as seasonal acts of care
Rounding intensives are deepening practices for established meditators. They create space for sustained inward attention, extended rest, and nervous system recalibration — supporting clarity, renewal, and integration.

These offerings are approached as intentional pauses, rather than effortful achievement.

Retreats

Immersive experiences for those ready to step out of daily rhythm and into depth.

Retreats offer the opportunity to step away from everyday life and into immersion.
Through shared practice, study, silence, and time in nature, retreats support deep listening and re-orientation.

They are suited to those feeling the call to pause, simplify, and remember what matters.

How to Engage

You are warmly invited to engage in the way that feels most appropriate for you at this time — whether through weekly practice, a short-term workshop, a seasonal intensive, or retreat immersion.

Some offerings are open and ongoing; others require booking or expressions of interest due to limited places. If you’re unsure where to begin, you’re welcome to reach out — or simply start where there is the clearest sense of resonance.

Practice unfolds over time. This is an intentional spiritual path oriented toward the expansion of consciousness and the liberation of the Self (Ātman).
