Choose from either 1 week or 2 weeks stay at this exclusive, luxurious, privately owned villa on the south coast of Sri Lanka, overlooking the Indian ocean.

Here is a list of benefits YOU will experience at this all-inclusive, holistic self-care retreat :

1.  Time away for you to rest deeply in nature under the sun by the Indian Ocean. The sun & the sea are two of the most therapeutic & healing forms of energy. Sri Lanka has a beautiful & lush tropical climate with an average temperature around 25-30 degrees Celsius.

2.  A chef and a team of carers with Avril as your retreat facilitator, will be at the villa to take care of you, ensuring your safety during this retreat.

3.  Your diet will consist of local Sri-Lankan cuisine with seasonal, fresh vegetables, fruits and grains, rich in fibre and anti-oxidants and full of nutrition with plenty of fluids to purify your body and flush out toxins. Your unique dietary needs can be catered for based on your nutritional requirements and agreed ahead of time.

4.  Moving your body daily with several rounds of yoga & walks on the beach to help relieve tension & stress. An whole body Ayurvedic oil massage (Abyangha) is included.

5.  Learning to meditate using your own mantra will help to regulate and calm your nervous system, clear your mind, providing a sense of inner peace & contentment.

6.  Time for reflection, reading and journalling and therapeutic, holistic counselling - an opportunity to do the inner work.

7.  Knowledge sessions on nutrition, wellness, yoga & Ayurveda, including the Vedic meditation course.

8.  Singing and chanting (mantra), dancing & sharing stories together. Holding space for each other with gentle, tender loving care and generosity of spirit.

9.  A day visit to the Galle Fort & time for a bit of shopping.

My intention as your host and retreat facilitator, is to purify & nourish the whole-self at the roots. Helping to restore inner vitality, alignment, balance & harmony with the rhythms of nature,to help re-build self-esteem through kindness & self-compassion and with the transformative practices of holistic self-care.
